Privacy Policy
Plain and simple: we use the information you share only to help with the work you asked about, and we never sell it. Here is exactly how that works.

Bright Side Construction (“Bright Side,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a locally owned exterior remodeling and storm repair company based at 511 E Morgan St, Bunker Hill, IL 62014. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, just call us at (618) 514-8796 and a real person will walk you through it.
Information we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you and do good work:
- Information you give us. When you fill out the estimate form or send us a message, we collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the kind of work you need, and anything you tell us about your project.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records basic, non-sensitive usage data through a first-party analytics tool: the pages you visit, the general region you are in, the type of device and browser you use, and how you arrived at the site. This helps us understand which services people are looking for and keep the site working well. It is not used to identify you personally for advertising.
How we use your information
- To call or email you back about your estimate or question, usually the same business day.
- To schedule a visit, prepare a fair quote, and complete the work you hire us to do.
- To keep records of the jobs we have quoted and completed.
- To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
- To filter out spam and abusive form submissions.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we never will. We share it only in these limited situations:
- Service providers who help us run the business. Our website and form submissions are handled by LocalCraft Digital, the agency that built and hosts this site, which processes your form data on our behalf so your message reaches us. If a job involves an insurance claim, we may coordinate with your insurance company and adjuster, but only with your knowledge and at your direction.
- When the law requires it. We may disclose information if required by law, a court order, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of our customers, our crew, or the public.
Cookies and analytics
Our analytics tool may use small files or similar technology to recognize repeat visits and measure how the site is used. This is first-party measurement for our own use. We do not run third-party advertising networks or sell your browsing activity. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings if you prefer.
How we protect and keep your information
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and limit access to it to the people who need it to do the work. We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required for our business and legal records, and then we dispose of it.
Your choices
You are always in control of what you share with us. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us, or ask us to stop contacting you, by calling (618) 514-8796 or writing to Bright Side Construction, 511 E Morgan St, Bunker Hill, IL 62014. Sharing your information through this site is voluntary, though we will need some details to give you an accurate estimate.
Children’s privacy
This website is meant for homeowners and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a fresh “last updated” date. Please check back from time to time.
